08th March, which is known as the “International women’s day”, at a time when women contribute to every aspect of economy in equal or higher level than men. We have passed the era which we had only men in most responsible and challenging roles. Women in modern days have gone beyond all the boundaries and proved that they can succeed in any type of responsibility, no matter how hard the conditions are. Focusing on our country, one of the key revenue generation sources are the foreign-based labor, where majority of women get involved. Not only in overseas, most of the industries in local context including apparel, plantation, education, banking, healthcare etc have higher involvement of women, as their contribution towards economy is massive.

Being in the most important industry for the survival of whole man kind, women are leading our organizational success in many ways. The back-bone of the organization – clinical operations department, core functions like BD & Regulatory, Compliance & quality as well as supporting departments consist of majority of female staff. Despite of the hardships, contribution they make for the betterment of the organization is commendable. As a young science-based organization, we are proud to say that, empowered women who are academically and professionally qualified are the key to success during last 11 years.
