RemediumOne has successfully conducted it’s quarterly staff meeting on 24th July 2020 at MarcoPolo lounge, Excel World – Colombo 10. Staff meeting structure was formed in a way to make the forum more informative and interactive. Staff who are based at the research sites across the country have got together and spent a meaningful day with office colleagues. Departmental presentations were done, highlighting the progress of assigned KPIs and key achievements made during the last quarter. Initiatives planned by each division for the next 3 months were also briefed to the participants, creating awareness on what is happening in the company.
Considering the current health risk in the country and across the globe, company had to pay extra attention towards the effective implementation of health and safety mechanisms. Our sincere thanks should go to each and every participant, who understood and followed the safety instructions given, assuring safety of themselves and others. They have proven the qualities of responsible professionals, who care for the safety of whole community.
Our special gratitude goes to our founder, former Director – Mr. Dumindra Ratnayake and business consultant – Mr. Tilan Wijesekera for sharing their versatile experience and creating essential business sense and wisdom among the audience.
Two in-house talents representing the Clinical operations and Business Development divisions have contributed as comperes and maintained the momentum throughout the programme. Making videos, drafting presentations, K2 concept and slideshow preparations was also done by talented bunch of Remedians and which kept the event live and colorful.
We have recognized the former director, management team and the research coordinators who have managed and actively involved in conducting home visits during the lock-down period, as an appreciation of their special contribution, whilst exposing themselves to a higher risk. It was a perfect blend of knowledge and entertainment, where staff has given the positive feedback on post-event survey.
Senior management, divisional management and staff from supporting divisions have contributed immensely to create this new staff meeting experience and we are awaiting to create more and more forums in this nature to keep staff engaged and involved.
Thank you.
