COVID-19 I Information Release 2

Dear Collaborator,

As we have informed on 18th of March the Government of Sri Lanka has taken several measures to
control the current global pandemic “COVID-19”. As a part of this initiative, the state has instructed all
public and private organisations to implement “work from home” mechanism from 20th to 27th
March 2020. While appreciating the efforts of the state RemediumOne has pledged to support any
control mechanisms implemented by the state towards eliminating the COVID-19 outbreak in the
country.

At the same time, we ensure that the relevant project specific activities will be carried out regularly, while
adhering to strict hygiene practices and without any major delays or deviations from respective protocols.
All the relevant responsible personnel of our organisation are proactively working towards mitigating any
foreseeable challenges.

Due to the lockdown of the airport we are anticipating some logistical challenges.
Administration and logistics division and respective Project Leads are closely monitoring this situation and
are being in touch with relevant agencies. They will promptly inform you in case of any challenges.

Let us all consciously work together with great social responsibility to overcome COVID-19 pandemic.
